Terms of use for the LinksVerifier API

Plain terms for a plain service. If something here is unclear, ask through your account page.

The rules in brief

  • You sign in with a Google account and you are responsible for what happens under it.
  • API keys are yours alone. Do not share them or ship them in public front-end code.
  • Credit is prepaid; each call spends the credits listed on the cost page.
  • Do not use the service to break the law or to attack other systems.
  • The data is a monthly snapshot, so do not treat it as live proof.

The service and its limits

LinksVerifier provides link data from its own crawler and index, refreshed roughly monthly. Recent changes may be missing. That is a property of the product.

The domain rating is our own metric and differs from similar scores by other vendors. Information from the service is provided as is, and decisions based on it, including buying or removing links, are yours.

We do not promise any ranking, traffic or indexing result. Nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.

Accounts, credit and payment

New accounts get a free starter credit, as the home page describes. Simple. Further credit is bought with USDT (TRC-20) from the account page, and calls then draw down the balance. When the balance reaches zero, requests return HTTP 402.

Refund rules are not set out in this general text, so we do not imply any here, and a question about a payment should go through the account page together with the transaction details. For any billing question, use the account page.

Acceptable use

Be reasonable. Use the API at a sensible pace, and cache results you already paid for instead of asking for them again every hour. Do not try to defeat limits, resell raw access in a way that harms the service, or probe it for weaknesses without permission.

We may suspend access that threatens the service. Other users count too. Where reasonable we will explain why through the account.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and show the revised date at the top. Using the service afterwards means you accept the update.

Governing law is not covered here. Nothing on this page is legal advice, and we avoid stating legal facts we cannot back up in a short general text. To reach us, open the account page after signing in. For how data is handled, see the privacy policy.
